nearly 30 years of progressive experience across human resources, compliance,
benefits, and administration, she ensures that our corporate infrastructure runs
seamlessly. Her work directly enables our subject matter experts to deliver exceptional
human capital and program management results to federal clients, including the
Department of War.
Throughout her career, Hallie has specialized in building robust operational frameworks
from the ground up. Her expertise spans managing multi-state benefit portfolios for
large employee populations, leading complex payroll system implementations, and
authoring the standard operating procedures, handbooks, and credentialing systems
that form the backbone of successful organizations.
